Thanks so much Amy, you have helped us save our marriage. I have learned to not take things so personally. I have realised with Amy's help that every couple have arguments and disagreements and that does not mean it is the end of the relationship. When my husband and I first went to Amy, we were in such a volatile place, but with Amy's help and guidance, we both learned to listen to each other and resolve our issues quickly. Amy gave us simple but effective activities to try at home and ensured we both had space to speak and vent our frustrations. What I liked most about working with Amy is that I never felt judged. Throughout my time in therapy, I've gained a much deeper understanding of how to manage my anxiety. Recognising and challenging negative thought patterns has been incredibly transformative. I've also developed a stronger sense of self compassion and learned to establish healthier boundaries in my life. Working with Amy has been pivotal in setting me on the right path to better control my thoughts. She was there for me during some of my most difficult memories, especially when I felt misunderstood by others regarding my anxiety. The toolbox we created together although it took time for me to fully embrace is now proving to be a valuable resource. 

Counselling was something I thought I would never need. Wouldn't happen to me, I can cope. Then I couldn't. Through online sessions with my she made me feel comfortable talking at my darkest moments to work through them. With an empathetic approach she was able to support me in rebuilding my self-confidence and helped me to understand worries that were causing my problems. She taught me it's OK to take time for me. If I need more support I would not hesitate in contacting Amy. With her knowledge, care and compassion her service and support was excellent.
